New Safety Passport for Nass Contracting

Manama : Nass Contracting has been recognized as an Approved Centre to deliver the ECITB International Health and Safety Passport courses with immediate effect in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

The ECITB International Health and Safety passport scheme is to ensure that all site personnel have reached a recognized level of Health and Safety knowledge and awareness and to enable them to work on site more safely with reduced risk to themselves and others.

 

Successful candidates will be issued with a photographic passport transferable worldwide.  The training courses are specifically designed for the construction and engineering construction industries and are relevant to the following sectors: oil and gas, power, renewable energy, nuclear, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, shipbuilding and all other construction projects including new build and transportation networks.

 

David Anthony, General Manager of Nass Contracting stated “This accreditation from ECITB again demonstrates the commitment of the Nass Corporation Board of Directors to ensure best practice throughout their operations and the policy to lead the way in the Bahrain Construction Industry to improve the safety standards for the workforce.”

 

Nass Contracting being an ECITB Approved Centre in Bahrain will deliver the courses, initially throughout Nass Group companies and their subcontractors. Regular audits will be conducted to ensure the quality of delivery is of the highest standard and operating procedures are always adhered to.
