Delmon Readymix established in 1973 is Bahrain’s leading readymix concrete company having an excellent reputation in the market built upon product quality and friendly, with efficient service.
Throughout the 1980’s and early 1990’s the business benefited from partnerships with first Tarmac and later Redland Plc – both U.K. based international building material companies. As such the company benefited from the local knowledge and expertise of a major construction company together with the latest product and equipment technology available internationally.
Delmon Readymix has played a major part in the construction of modern Bahrain with well over 6 million cubic metres of top quality concrete produced to date. Operating from sites at Salmabad, Hidd, Durrat Al Bahrain and Zallaq, the total achievable output of the companies nine concrete plants is in excess of 800 cubic metres of concrete per hour. It is this output that helped Delmon Readymix achieve a record in Bahrain, when it supplied concrete for the World Trade Centre, completing two 4,000m3 foundation pours each in less than 24 hours.
Having a fleet of 85 truck mixers and 21 concrete pumps, the company has a capacity to supply in excess of 100,000 cubic metres of concrete per month, thus ensuring an adequate supply for all customer requirements.
Delmon Readymix prides itself in the quality of its product and was the first ready mixed concrete company in Bahrain to receive ISO 9000 certification in 1997.
