Bahrain Organic Products was established in 1997 and remains Bahrain’s only manufacturer of organic fertilizers for landscaping and agricultural applications. The company operates a large capacity rotating oven to heat treat chicken and animal manures. Also making high quality compost from green waste and wood shavings.
BOP's products include the following;
* Heat treated chicken manure
* Heat treated animal manure (sheep, cow or a mixture)
* Processed animal manure (aged, cleaned & powdered animal manure)
* Organic fertilizer (based on compost made from green waste)
* Specialised mixes to customers’ specification (e.g. roof garden & planter media, potting mixes etc)
The products are regularly specified by Consultants in Bahrain and have been used successfully on many projects including Adhari Park, Gudaibiya Palace, Andalus Gardens and Durrat Al Bahrain. All of the major landscaping contractors in Bahrain are among the BOP's customers.
