The Project was awarded to Joint Venture comprising Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company and Nass Contracting Co. each responsible for carrying out the dredging, reclamation and shore protection works respectively.
* Dredging and reclamation fill - 7,500,000 cubic metre
* Excavation of canal – 590,000 cubic meter
* Rock revetment works – 270,000 cubic meter
* Geotextile – 201,000 sq.meter
