Project Description:
Construction of the New 4 storey 312 bed General Hospital of First Class International Standard with all associated facilities, infrastructure and site works suitable. The project will be completed in a 22,500 sq.mtr. area in Busaiteen.
Scope of Works:
The Project was awarded to a Joint Venture comprising Burhan International and Nass Contracting Co.
The construction works encompasses of the four-storey hospital, in a three-block configuration separated by courtyards. Each block is connected to its neighbors via two parallel sky-walks running east-west. The work also includes the construction of car park capable of accommodating 951 cars. There will also be a Helipad on the second level, directly accessing the emergency department.
