The project was awarded to a Joint Venture comprising Nass Contracting Co. and Braemar Golf Development Co. based in Scotland.
A new gated housing community set around an 18-hole Championship Golf Course, a 9-hole practice course and driving range facilities. The site is located on the existing Riffa Golf Club.
The scope of works include all necessary ground shaping, construction of tees, greens, bunkers, turfing, drainage, lighting and landscaping.
