A scaffolding division is established to support the Group’s activities. The division becomes Nass Scafform- a leading provider of scaffolding and formwork services to regional and international companies throughout the Gulf.

Nass Ice and Sweet Water Plant is formed. The Company now operates 3 plants and is Bahrain’s

leading supplier of sweet water and ice cubes.

Nass key player in various major projects including Qassim Cement Plant, Saudi Arabia, a Cement Plant in Qatar, an Equate Polyethylene Plant in Kuwait, a Steel Rolling Plant in Kuwait, and the Hidd Power station – 800mgw project in Bahrain.
